Services Refund Policy

At Digital Support Studio, we provide services, not physical products. Our services require time, expertise, and preparation. Because of this, all sales are final once work has begun. Please review the details below:

  1. No Refunds After Work Begins

    • Once a project has been started (such as chatbot setup, automation building, or campaign design), no refunds will be issued.

  2. Refunds Before Work Begins

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before any work has started, you may request a refund minus a 15% administrative fee to cover transaction and scheduling costs.

  3. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

    • Any deposit or retainer paid to secure services is non-refundable, as this reserves time on our calendar and prevents us from taking other clients.

  4. Service Satisfaction

    • If you are unhappy with the service provided, we will make reasonable revisions or adjustments in line with the original scope of work. Requests for additional changes outside the agreed scope may require a new service agreement.

  5. Digital Products & Training

    • Any digital templates, training materials, or setup guides delivered as part of a package are considered delivered once accessed and are non-refundable.

  6. Force Majeure & Client Responsibility

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication, incorrect information provided, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., third-party platform issues). Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
